Appearance: A white or creamy-white, fine, crystalline powder

Indication: It is an inhibitor of adrenocortical steroid synthesis and also adrenal estrogen synthesis by inhititing aromatization enzyme. It is indicated in the treatment of advanced breast cancer and breast cancer after surgery. It is also used to decrease the adrenal secretion of cortisol.
